Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled maintenance and developing existing service contracts to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance in line with customer service contracts
  • Develop existing service contracts to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports of work undertaken for use within the company or for customers
  • Advise on and promote after-sales products offered by the service department
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Carry out special tasks as reasonably requested by the Field Service Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Hold a relevant engineering qualification
  • Experience in carrying out both mechanical and electrical maintenance (electrically biased)
  • Food background or similar
  • Hold a full UK driving license
On Offer:
  • £40K basic salary (OTE £55K - £60K)
  • Working 10 on 4 off rota - working away and weekends required as per business needs
  • Significant overtime opportunity
