Contract Data Specialist

The Fixed Term Wellbeing Lead will be responsible for supporting relationship development within the Derby Wellbeing service and with external partners.
Key responsibilities include attending daily huddles to ensure service presence and continuity, gathering service data, monitoring performance, developing, and presenting reports.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge and awareness of caseloads across the entire team.
We are seeking two full-time Wellbeing Leads to join our Living Well team on a fixed-term basis. The role includes assigning referred individuals to the 'best match' Wellbeing Coach and/or Peer Support Worker.
Prior experience working in a similar field is essential, along with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including 30 days annual leave.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
