Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our data centres, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily inspections of plant equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Implementation of proactive energy-saving measures to reduce energy consumption.
  • Repair and maintenance of plant equipment, including fault-finding and adjustment.
  • Monitoring and reporting of building fabrics and implementing actions as required.
  • Utilisation of Manager+ & MCIM systems to maintain asset data and close out PPMs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC background.
  • Preferably experience in data centre or industrial environments.
  • Possess electrical testing and inspection skills, low voltage authorisation, IPAF, PASMA, harness inspection training, and HVAC knowledge.
Salary:

This role offers a competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
