Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil/Drainage Engineer to join our team at Fairhurst. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing infrastructure for commercial, retail, residential, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop infrastructure projects, including SUDS drainage systems and roads to adoptable standards.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies, such as Scottish Water and Roads Department.
  • Utilize technical analysis and design software, including PDS/Civils 3D/Micro Drainage and AutoCAD.
  • Participate in design meetings, site inspections, and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and contractors.
  • Work on projects within agreed budgetary limits and timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
