Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Litigation Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our Real Estate Litigation team, you will be responsible for advising clients on a range of property-related matters, including telecoms disputes, business lease renewals, development disputes, and property-related professional negligence claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on property-related matters, including telecoms disputes, business lease renewals, development disputes, and property-related professional negligence claims.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's strategy and business plan.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar national law firm.
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
