Your Role:

As a Technical Author, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documents, including procedures, work instructions, and user guides. You will work closely with our engineering teams to develop content that meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including procedures, work instructions, and user guides
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure content accuracy and quality
  • Translate meeting insights into user-friendly content
  • Produce work instructions and documentation for facility operations and upgrades
