Pharmacist Manager Job Opportunity

Evolve Selection is working with a rapidly expanding pharmacy group dedicated to delivering exceptional NHS and private services to communities across Scotland.

We are seeking a dynamic GPhC registered Pharmacist Manager to lead operations at our client's branch in Falkirk. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the seamless running of the pharmacy, which dispenses approximately 3,500 items per month and is continuously elevating its services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage prescription fulfillment efficiently
  • Oversee vital services like pharmacy first and NHS services
  • Provide daily support to the team
  • Build strong relationships with patients, customers, and care homes
  • Drive pharmacy growth and profitability through strategic initiatives while maintaining legal and ethical standards
What's on Offer?
  • Competitive Salary & Package: Up to £56,000 supplemented by a yearly bonus of up to £6,000 depending on experience and Independent Prescribing qualification
  • IP Support: Opportunity to undertake the independent prescribing qualification with full financial support from our client
  • Visa Sponsorship: Our client is open to supporting candidates that require visa sponsorship
Ideal Requirements:
  • GPhC registration is essential, open to any level of experience
  • An Independent Prescriber or someone eager to obtain the qualification – this is a must
  • Ideally possess MUR accreditation and ProScript proficiency
