Global Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Director to lead our Life Sciences team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with clients across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and improve market positioning.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of the Life Sciences market, including key players, trends, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with a ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
- Experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
