Maintenance Specialist

You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the factory is kept up and running to its highest capacity. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will work as part of a well-regarded, focused maintenance team, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance work throughout our factory on various state-of-the-art equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rapidly diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, basic control, and instrumentation faults.
• Completing a full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within your work area.
• Continuously working to improve performance to deliver site efficiency and performance standards.
• Getting involved with factory improvement projects.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced maintenance engineer with a multi-skilled engineering background. You must hold a minimum L3 qualification in an engineering discipline or be time served. Candidates from an FMCG/food background would be highly desirable, however, we will consider candidates from other backgrounds. Ex-military are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
• L3 engineering qualification or time served.
• Multi-skilled background – either biased.
• Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
• Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
• Experience working on processing equipment: pipework, pumps, silos, turning equipment.
• Further skillset overview: fault finding in panels, Sensors, Relays, Inverters, Drives, Motors, Pumps, Pneumatics, and Pipework.
