Inventory Manager

About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management system. You will work closely with our customer service team to achieve delivery targets and provide a customer-focused administration service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Inventory Supervisor to implement process, system, and stock layout improvements to increase operational outputs.
- Manage and monitor replenishment processes, pick-faces, and inventory levels to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and queries in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to warehouse operatives on inventory management systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret datasets and manage workload with strict deadlines.
- Experience with CargoWrite or Red Prairie WMS applications and Microsoft Excel.
