About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Director to join our team at Leidos UK & Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our key growth area, driving business growth and development, and building strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy to drive business growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
  • Lead a leadership team and build succession to ensure the longevity of the business.
  • Identify and deliver significant program wins within the sector and client network.
  • Ensure flawless delivery of existing programs and maintain the right balance and operational capability to meet current and future requirements.
About You

We are looking for a strong operational pedigree with a solid understanding of the key financial levers and drivers. You should be highly organised, with an eye for detail and adept at performance management. You will also need to demonstrate personal impact to engage effectively at all levels, including the C-Suite, and with the emotional intelligence and people skills to work with colleagues from a range of backgrounds and cultures.
