Fire Alarm Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Operations Manager to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing all installation, service, and fault works for our clients across London and the home counties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage installation, service, and fault works for fire alarm systems
  • Organize tasks efficiently to support business objectives
  • Foster growth within the operations department
  • Develop and implement operational procedures
  • Set strategic direction for the department
  • Review and approve operational invoices
  • Provide operational and financial reports
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering projects for Fire Detection Installers
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of current British standards
  • 5 years' experience managing and estimating costs on Fire Alarm projects
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Valid UK Driver's license
