Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor for Building Compliance to join our team at Job Switch Ltd.

About the Position

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise in building control regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inspect building sites to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  2. Review and assess building proposals to identify potential risks and non-compliances.
  3. Provide expert advice to developers, builders, and other stakeholders on building regulations and codes.
  4. Maintain accurate records of site inspections and building proposal assessments.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., building surveying, architecture, civil engineering).
  • Professional qualification in building control (e.g., RICS, CABE).
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous leave entitlement.
