About this Role

This position is available for a skilled A&E Staff Nurse to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility. As a key member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing and monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying potential health risks and developing appropriate care plans.
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments, checking symptoms and vital signs, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Display excellent analytical skills and sound decision-making abilities in changing clinical situations, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote interdisciplinary relationships, providing compassionate and effective care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an A&E hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and ongoing education in current nursing practices.
