Formal Verification Engineer Job Description
"We're seeking a skilled Formal Verification Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for verifying and validating complex hardware designs using industry-leading formal verification tools.
"Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing formal verification plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing mentorship to junior team members. Your strong understanding of formal coverage and connectivity techniques will ensure thorough coverage and connectivity verification.
"Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute formal verification plans using JasperGold and VC Formal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address design issues.
  • Verify and validate complex hardware designs using industry-leading formal verification tools.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in formal verification.

"Requirements
"To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in formal verification with hands-on experience in tools like JasperGold and VC Formal.
  • A strong understanding of formal coverage and formal connectivity techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global brand environment while working in a smaller team cross-functionally.
  • Prior experience leading formal verification efforts is a plus.

"What We Offer
"We offer a competitive salary range of £75,000 - £120,000 based on years of experience, application, and leadership qualities. You'll also receive stock options and a bonus package. Additionally, relocation support and visa sponsorship are available for the right candidate.
