We are seeking a reliable and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team at Farmfoods in Balderton, Nottinghamshire. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our shop runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, making all customers feel welcome and valued.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
- Operate the tills efficiently, offering help with packing and providing a positive checkout experience.
- Handle stock with care, receiving deliveries, and restocking shelves to ensure a well-stocked shop.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and tidy shop environment.
- A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Reliability and punctuality, as you will be an important part of a small team.
