Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a clear UK commercial risk strategy, engaging with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with coverholders and their brokers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
  • Work closely with MGA and Broker partners, Trade & Market Associations, and Lloyd's Country Management teams to enhance relationships and drive business success.
  • Drive marketing efforts to establish AXA XL as the carrier of choice for coverholder business, leveraging expertise and innovation to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead the development of a pipeline of opportunities, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness of coverholder development and engagement.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in marketing, sales, and leadership roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Show a deep understanding of underwriting principles and risk management practices.
  • Exhibit a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Be familiar with local insurance markets, distribution channels, and competitors, with a solid understanding of market trends and dynamics.

Salary Estimate$130,000 - $200,000 per annum
