About the Role

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join their construction team on a long-term contract basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects ranging up to £150 million, from inception to completion and handover, reporting directly to the Lead Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, including planning, building control, and CDM.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure design meets client requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in architecture or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Revit and proficiency in using JCT and NEC forms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
