We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at ESS. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding areas, adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Machinery and Equipment: Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment, and report any maintenance or repair needs to the relevant team members.
- Delivery and Supply: Assist with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles, and ensure that all goods are stored and handled correctly.
- Brand Representation: Represent ESS and maintain a positive brand image at all times, adhering to our company values and standards.
- Health and Safety: Comply with Health & Safety regulations and report any incidents or near-misses to the relevant team members.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate an ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues at all levels.
- Pressure Management: Manage pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Flexibility: Be flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
- Timekeeping: Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability, adhering to our company's attendance and punctuality policies.
