About the Role:
This role will involve conducting theoretical research and developing models to understand the effects of nuclear detonations on people, populations, and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for assessing the impact of nuclear detonations and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting theoretical research and developing models to understand the effects of nuclear detonations
* Assessing the impact of nuclear detonations on people, populations, and infrastructure
* Developing and maintaining software tools to support the assessment process
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable results

* An estimated salary range of £46,130 - £65,000 per annum

Requirements:
* An undergraduate degree in a scientific or STEM discipline, equivalent NQF level 6 qualification or equivalent experience
* Working level of experience or postgraduate qualifications in relevant scientific field or STEM discipline
