As a Business Analyst with our client, you will be responsible for managing asset data and records to maximise their lifetime revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology-based business that provides energy data and services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as good interpersonal and rapport-building abilities. They must also be consistently professional, confident, and calm even in challenging situations.

This role involves providing first-class front-line support for the business network and meter assets to ensure best-in-class customer service. You will also maintain accurate meter databases and industry registers through exception reporting and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

What We Offer
