At Gatwick Airport Limited, we are seeking an experienced Airport Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for leading major infrastructure projects across the airfield. As Aerodrome Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the seamless delivery of these programmes, directly contributing to Gatwick's growth and performance goals.

About You:
  • You should have a degree in a relevant field, with programme or project management experience, change management skills, and experience in leading infrastructure programmes/projects in a live operational environment.
  • You should possess extensive experience in capital finance, capacity planning, operations, and airline business development, with a deep understanding of the broader business context, including the regulatory environment at London Gatwick.
  • You should be a strong leader, managing direct reports and building and leading virtual teams across business units to deliver specific projects, with excellent communication and influencing abilities.
