About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forest School Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Bush Hill Park Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Forest School Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the development of our children towards key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and create activities tailored to each child's needs
  • Observe, track, and reflect on learning
  • Develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety
  • Work with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding and legislative requirements
