About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Day Service team in Rotherham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, personal care and hygiene, finances, medication and wellbeing, and going into the community for shopping or other trips.
  • Transport individuals to the Centre and to activities in the community.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate from £11.75 with enhanced rates for overtime.
  • Permanent contracts available with various hours up to 37.5 hours per week to suit you.
