About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Design Manager to join our team at Elvie. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple packaging projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop commercial briefs and budgets for packaging projects, manage end-to-end design, prototyping, and manufacturing.
  • Packaging Design: Design, visualize, and prototype packaging solutions, providing technical direction to suppliers.
  • Strategy and Guidance: Stay up-to-date with packaging trends and developments, providing guidance to the team.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical input and feedback on packaging samples, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Validation and Compliance: Set requirements and oversee validation testing to ensure packaging meets functional, regional, and supply chain requirements.
  • Approval and Quality Management: Review and sign-off pre-production samples.
Requirements
  • A degree in packaging, design, or engineering-related field.
  • A portfolio demonstrating experience in delivering high-quality packaging projects.
  • Strong software skills for 2D and 3D applications.
  • Experience in prototyping and workshop modelmaking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
