  • Lead and supervise your shift to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans.
  • Administer and record medication accurately and safely.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure resident safety.
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop and improve services.
  • Provide a professional, inclusive, and caring approach at all times.

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
  • Be well-organized, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes.
  • Experience in administering medication or willingness to undergo training.
  • A natural ability to enhance the lives of others.
