About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Events Floor Manager to join our team at Arora Group. As an Events Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of large conferences, private events, and weddings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer care and attention to detail to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
- Lead a team of event staff to deliver high-quality events.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, coordination, and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
