We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and leadership across various locations within your region. With a focus on excellence in patient care, you will work closely with our residents, families, and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate teams. A strong clinical background and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards, is essential. We also require a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.

In return for your dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including NMC registration paid annually, free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a comprehensive rewards package.
