Fqps seeks a skilled and experienced Legal Paralegal to join its Mental Health department. This is a highly specialized area of Human Rights Law, focusing on mental health, mental capacity law, and public law.

This role is ideal for law graduates with great communication skills and a can-do attitude who are looking to gain real legal experience within a short space of time.

As a Mental Health Law Legal Paralegal, you will play a vital role in advocating for and representing vulnerable individuals in society.

About the Role:

  • Day-to-day case management
  • Run files from start to finish under supervision
  • Meet with clients to take instructions and provide clear legal advice
  • Advocate on behalf of clients in professional meetings, at hospitals, and courts
  • Negotiation

Requirements:

  • Completed a law degree and/or Legal Practice Course (LPC)
  • Hold a UK Driver's License and have full access to a car

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time position
  • From £22,500.00 per year
