Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Retail Beauty Expert to lead our Lancôme counter team in Huddersfield. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets while promoting the beauty of L'Oréal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and proactively approach customers to provide outstanding customer experience, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their in-store experience.
  • Demonstrate empathy and share product knowledge to meet skin consultation needs, ultimately changing lives.
  • Achieve exceptional service and retail targets through effective sales strategies and teamwork.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to team growth and business development through innovative ideas.

What You Will Get:
