Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning, and will be responsible for supporting small groups of pupils under the direction of the teacher. In the absence of the teacher, you will be responsible for the whole class.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Work with small groups of pupils to support their learning and development
  • Be responsible for the whole class in the absence of the teacher
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A Level 2 qualification in a relevant subjectExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamFlexibility and adaptabilityWhat We Offer
