About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience during the busy holiday season.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them find the perfect products
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our amazing products with customers
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives
  • Support stockroom and delivery operations as needed, ensuring efficient inventory management
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers to deliver excellent customer service
  • Take ownership of your development, striving to improve skills and performance
