Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 based on 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary may vary depending on full-time or part-time employment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner. As a key member of our Crisis at Christmas team, you will work alongside our Case Management Team to develop and deliver psychologically informed services to support individuals experiencing homelessness.

You will be responsible for providing training, leading reflective practice sessions, and offering direct services to our members. Your expertise will help shape our service offer to ensure it is trauma-informed and responsive to the complex needs of our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-qualification experience of working within complex systems
  • Direct experience of working with people who experience homelessness
  • Strong knowledge of psychological theories and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
