**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

### Logistics Shipping Clerk:

* Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) processes to ensure successful parcel delivery.
* Engage with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
* Optimise shipment processes to maximise company contributions while maintaining service levels and minimising costs.
* Regularly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practices and competitive pricing.

### Warehouse Duties:

* Oversee the movement of freight within one of the company's three warehouses.
* Manage documentation related to product distribution, ensuring accurate system maintenance and information storage.
* Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to uphold efficient distribution and storage processes.
* Assist with warehouse tasks, including lifting when required.

**Requirements:**

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Previous experience is not required; full training will be provided, including BIFA International Training courses.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Emails, and Excel is necessary. Full training will be provided for our in-house IT systems such as Metafour and SAP.
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
* Driving Licence (required).
