Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join our team. As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance process by responding to equipment breakdowns, carrying out scheduled maintenance work, and proactively addressing reoccurring machine processing faults. You will also need to respond effectively to equipment breakdowns, focus on your nominated production area, and conduct routine inspections and tests to identify faults and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and ensure maximum focus on your nominated production area
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify faults and limit breakdown periods
- Fault-find efficiently using historic information documentation
- Establish harmonious relations with operational staff and work flexibly with them

Requirements
This role requires a skilled Shift Engineer with experience in maintaining equipment and machinery. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. A strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis techniques is also essential.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £35.00 per hour, and you can expect a competitive package including benefits.
