Charities and Not-For-Profit Audit and Accounts Professional

We are seeking an experienced Charities and Not-For-Profit Audit and Accounts Manager to join our vibrant Audit and Accounts Department. You will be managing a portfolio of clients primarily within the Not-for-Profit sector, providing high-quality audit and accountancy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver a portfolio of audit and accounts clients within the Not-for-Profit sector, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Oversee the planning and completion of audits, leading and mentoring a team of junior staff.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact and providing insightful advice and guidance.
- Utilize CaseWare for audits and Iris for accounts preparation.
- Assist in business development initiatives and identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
- Support the growth and training of junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
