We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. As a key member of the high-performance catering team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for our players and staff, while maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with core hours between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday. The salary for this role is estimated to be around GBP31,200 per annum, based on industry standards for similar positions in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Prepare high-performance food for players and staff
  • Collaborate with the catering team to develop innovative menus
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Food Hygiene Certificate and a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Hospitality and Catering. You should also be able to work well under pressure and as part of a fast-paced team.
