**Job Title:** ServiceNow Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Data Analyst for a short-term contract role with a focus on report generation and data compliance checks. You will work within a highly regulated environment, analyzing data in ServiceNow and developing reports to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze ServiceNow data to ensure it meets enterprise policy requirements.
  • Build and deliver reports on the first set of identified policies, utilizing ServiceNow reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with Information Architects to assess data availability for the remaining policies.
  • Contribute to the completion of policy-to-data analysis and reporting.
  • Work remotely with flexibility, focusing on delivering key reports within the project timeline.

Key Skills:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform, specifically in report building and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data management and IT policy compliance.
  • Proven experience in working in highly regulated environments.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and security compliance frameworks.
