Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our client's dynamic engineering team. This rapidly growing company is embarking on an exciting new chapter focused on building and scaling its innovative product.

About the Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Ruby on Rails applications
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up to date with the latest Ruby on Rails and web development technologies

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Docker
  • Understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React)
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Experience with DevOps practices
