We are seeking an experienced and skilled Room Leader to join our team at Peninsula East Primary Academy. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and education to our young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operation of the nursery to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained.
- Support the Nursery Manager in the management of the nursery team.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the learning and development of our children.
- Work closely with other members of the nursery team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our children.
- A relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar setting.
- Proven success in providing support for management of a similar provision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and other relevant regulations.
- A competitive salary of £22,726 - £29,457 per annum.
