Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with teachers to contribute to individual student's Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and address their unique academic and social needs.
  • Plan and deliver engaging interventions alongside teachers, tailored to each student's learning style and goals.
  • Provide support in managing student behavior within the classroom, ensuring a positive and constructive learning environment for all.
  • De-escalate challenging situations effectively while adhering to safeguarding procedures and protocols.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns promptly using the school's established referral procedures and policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals with prior experience in educational settings or supportive roles, such as support workers, youth workers, teaching assistants, carers, intervention specialists, or tutors. Candidates with backgrounds in ex-army, ex-prison officer, ex-counselor, or sports coaching are also encouraged to apply.
