Manufacturing Process Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Production team in Ballyclare. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process, including operating CNC machinery and performing maintenance checks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the machine is in good working order before use, including regular safety checks and maintenance tasks.
- Operate CNC machinery to manufacture products within specified tolerances, conducting daily tolerance checks as required.
- Train new operatives on machine usage and provide guidance on health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to quality standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing process environment.
- Experience operating CNC machinery and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
