We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Cost Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Planning and Estimating
Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and procurement reports, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data is presented to clients.
Tendering and ProcurementManage the tendering process, including pre-qualification, tender list production, and contractual document compilation.
Contract AdministrationAct as the contract administrator, handling post-contract cost variances and change control processes effectively.
Cost Control and NegotiationTake personal responsibility for cost checks and valuations on larger projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Client InterfaceDevelop strong relationships with clients, project managers, and other consultants, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in cost management tools and services, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
