Education Support Assistant

We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Staff to support our Primary and Secondary Special Educational Needs Schools in and around Horley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have experience working with children and are looking to make a positive impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teachers and other staff members in the classroom
- Assist students with their learning and development
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Calm and patient nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
- Kind and caring towards children of all needs and abilities
- Valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one
