We're recruiting for temporary Care Assistants to join our team at Nouveau Care, providing essential support to healthcare facilities across Dereham, Norfolk, UK. About the Role

You'll work as part of a dynamic care team, fulfilling temporary staffing needs for care homes and nursing homes in the area. Your role will involve providing high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for vulnerable adults, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being to nursing staff.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing teams, residents, and families to deliver high standards of care.
Requirements

We require individuals with previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar setting. A minimum of 6-12 months care experience is required, along with NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Additionally, you must be compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Hourly Rate

The estimated hourly rate for this position is £10.50, paid weekly, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Our supportive agency team will help manage shifts and placements, providing access to varied placements in care homes, nursing homes, and other healthcare settings.
