Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including a competitive salary package, 25 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 30 days, with the option to buy an extra 5 days per year, enhanced pension scheme, Bupa healthcare, a monthly wellbeing fund, and early finishes on a Friday during summer.
Job Description:
This exciting opportunity as a Digital Campaign Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the EMEA digital planning arm of our Digital Media Engine. As part of our integrated cross-digital channel approach, you will work closely with the Planning Account Manager to deliver Volvo's media objectives as a single entity.
Responsibilities include coordinating media plans, documents, and day-to-day communication with the central and local Volvo marketing team and local MS teams where applicable. You will also be responsible for delivering audience, creative, and campaign learnings across Google and Meta tech stacks to help grow media performance.
Requirements:
- Digital media planning and buying experience is desirable but not essential;
- A basic understanding of core digital media channels (such as Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.);

Key Skills & Knowledge:
The individual will be expected to support a team of planners to deliver integrated campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms. You will champion and support the development of our best practice approach to delivering campaigns, strategy coordination, and communication. Through coordination and day-to-day contact with clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional work for our clients.
