Job Title: Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Clear IT Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a mixed conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of conveyancing cases, including Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, and Shared Ownership.
• Conduct ID requirements, source of funds, and gift deposits checks.
• Issue contracts and facilitate mortgage redemptions.
• Exchange contracts and communicate with clients for instructions and advice.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in case management systems and online systems such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
