Lead Workshop Team Manager

At Solus Accident Repair Centres, we are looking for an experienced Lead Workshop Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, group income protection, and employer matched pension contributions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the motor repair industry and will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality repairs
- Ensuring that our workshop is a safe and efficient environment
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes
