Exciting Opportunity for Junior Software Engineer

DB Charles Recruitment is working with a renowned business in Lincoln to find a talented Junior Software Engineer to join their established team on a permanent basis.

The company is a well-known name in the Private Healthcare industry, and they are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about joining their team and furthering their career.

The role will involve working with a large development team of around 25-30 people, reporting to a team leader and the Software Engineering head. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing Rest APIs
  • Back-end focused work
  • Developing solutions to business problems
  • Migrating business systems
  • Staying up-to-date with current and emerging technologies
  • Liaising with other internal teams

Candidates considered for the role will need to have a number of the following skills and experiences:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with C# and.NET
  • Knowledge of API, Azure, Git, and Agile
  • Highly motivated and a team player
  • Good communication skills

The company is offering a salary of £25,000 per annum, with a rise to £27,000 per annum upon completing the probation period. The role will involve working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm, with hybrid working arrangements available. Additional benefits include:
