Job Overview:

Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a skilled Residential Building Surveyor to join their team. This contract-based position offers a competitive pro rata salary of £45,000+ and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys and valuations.
• Provide detailed, high-quality survey reports, identifying any potential issues or defects and advising on repairs or maintenance needed.
• Communicate findings to clients, providing clear, professional advice.
• Manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in conducting Level 2 and Level 3 residential building surveys.
• Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and thorough reports.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within East Anglia.
